The centre’s goal is to find appropriate answers to the social needs of the community, promoting its development and social wellbeing. Centro Comunitário has created projects for children,seniors, addicts, families in need, immigrants, unemployed people and the general community itself.

Nazava Water Filters is a social enterprise based in Bandung, Indonesia. Since its start back in 2009, Nazava has provided more than 400,000 people with the access to safe drinking water in more than 50 locations in Indonesia, Ethiopia and Tanzania. Nazava’s mission is to become the Indonesian premier provider of safe and affordable water filters.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Kalmat employs a wide network of volunteers in the US, Europe, and Sri Lanka and is currently supporting around 500 Sri Lankan children. To ensure that every child has a pair of shoes and enough school supplies for a year, Kalmat needs to raise at least 20,000 USD annually.

  • Developing a business model for Kalmat to successfully reach the goal of providing 500 children with yearly school shoes and supplies

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Percurso das Memórias or Route of Memories is a community development association whose mission is to contribute to the economic and socio-cultural development of local communities. It does so through community tourism, aiming at preserving and disseminating their social-cultural identity.

  • Defining which should be the target group(s) for the organization’s tours and design a strategy to reach them

  • Developing the Marketing and Communications strategy and respective plan for selling Community Tours

  • Defining the concept for an optimized web presence (Website, Facebook and any other) in order to increase the number of guided tours sold
