JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager supervises and supports the teams of student consultants to achieve their objectives and meet the client’s expectations, while keeping themselves updated on the projects progress.
MAIN TASKS AND OBJECTIVES
Communication with the Business Development Manager and the Head of Project Managers to define the goals of the projects and the expectations of the clients;
Supervision of and communication with the teams of student consultants to ensure an optimal work process from the beginning until the delivery of the projects (communication of objectives, time management and cut-off dates);
Quality management of the projects and their deliverables to the client.
Workload: estimated required time for this position is 3-5 hours - flexible workload allocation beyond the adherence to certain deadlines.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Be a CEMS student or a CEMS alumnus/a
Strong interest in consulting and business development
Commitment, leadership, communication, proactivity
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Previous NGC experience
Solid experience in consulting and project management through relevant jobs/internships or university projects/classes
