🟩 Consultant Role Overview

As a consultant at NGC, you will collaborate with a diverse international team on a single, high-impact project, guided by one of our experienced project managers. Tasks will vary depending on the specific client and project workstream.

📋 Basic Requirements

  • You are a CEMS student or alumnus/alumna

  • You can work effectively in a virtual team environment and have reliable internet access

  • You demonstrate a professional mindset and a strong interest in social enterprises or non-profits

  • You show motivation to learn, along with:

    • Strong analytical and research skills

    • Problem-solving mindset

    • Strong sense of ownership and team spirit

🕒 Time Commitment

  • Fall project period: Early/Mid-October to Late November/Early December (exact dates vary per project)

  • Estimated workload: 4-5 hours per week

Forecasting, Resource Allocation & Growth Strategy
Develop a comprehensive financial roadmap to strengthen forecasting, resource allocation, and sustainable growth planning. The project focuses on helping a youth-led non-profit assess staffing, funding requirements, and cash flow while preparing contingency strategies for uncertainty.

  • Forecast staffing needs and resource allocation

🚀 PROJECT II
Merchandise Launch:
From Concept to Christmas 2025
Support the launch of a socially conscious merchandise collection (t-shirts, caps, tote bags) for a non-profit, including product strategy, sourcing, and financial planning. The project also covers e-commerce setup, compliance, and operational logistics to ensure a successful debut.
